We came upon this grizzly who was very close to the path and was foraging for food near Banff Alberta.

Shot in the Canadian Rocky Mountains I tracked this grizzly for a about an hour as it walked along a hill side and through the tress. He was not collared and was very big. My heart always pounds whenever I get close to one.

These sheep are often found on the side of the road licking the salt. They are often hit and are hazards to motorists. In the spring they moult their winter coat which these two are doing.

I saw this bear from a distance and made my way down to a meadow that was covered in dandelions he was feeding on. I decided to get a different angle and slide onto my stomach on a ridge just across from him. We both kept a close eye on each other. Canada
